One can rent out complete house as well as individual rooms.

No Smoking in the bedrooms and toilets.
There are 52 easy steps to climb up to The Wood House. And additional 30 steps to The Stone House. One can also walk additional 30 steps to The Stone House.
Only morning Masala Tea / Coffee is complementary. Any other beverage like Cold Coffee, Milk, Fresh Lime etc ordered in the morning as well as during the breakfast is chargeable as per the menu rates.
Accommodation for maids and drivers can be arranged at extra cost. Kindly inform us well in advance.
Taxis can be arranged for pick up from Aut and sightseeing.
Drive carefully, wait at the bends for the cars climbing up to pass and give pass to faster cars.
The Wood House is not soundproof. We advise one to be cautious towards other fellow travelers and stick to low decibels. And if one is very particular about sound from other rooms- the rooms in The Stone house should be opted.
No Loud music is permissible.
We provide daily housekeeping on request otherwise we change the linen every 3rd day.
Water at Kudrat is drawn from natural spring approx 10 Kms away. There is enough for all of us however we advise you not to waste water and be responsible.
We are pet-friendly; however, please inform us in advance about the pet details and if any special arrangements are to be made.
We have a common bonfire pit available free of cost.
We are on hillside and there is a plunge pool too, please don’t leave your kids unattended. Staff is not trained for the same.
Payment mode is bank transfer / Cash / UPI.
Any damage to the hotel property will be chargeable.
