Our Stone House offers both comfort and privacy with its larger size rooms and well-appointed amenities. The structure of the house is a perfect blend of modern architecture and traditional craftsmanship that blends effortlessly into its local surroundings and natural lanscape.
It is built using stones dug from the very land that it stands on seeming like an extention of the land itself. The hardwood flooring adds warmth and sophistication, while the mud plaster floors further enhance the rustic, earthy appeal of the house. The hard mountain rocks crafted labouriously and meticulously by hand into stone blocks placed interspaced with the wooden logs make the beautiful walls of the house that not only elevate the aesthetic value of the property but also reflect the authentic construction style of a traditional Himachali home, built ages ago. The exterior of the house is designed in a way that it creates a harmonious connection between the house and its natural environment. The house offers stay accomodation among 7 beautiful rooms each with a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains along with well defined spaces for living, dining, recreation, and service.
The house comprises of three separate floors each housing bedrooms and some commom areas on each floor. The bedrooms in the house are named after the wildlife found in the adjoining forest. The On the ground floor (GF), there are two bedrooms named Monal ( colourful and rare himalayam pheasant bird) and Jajju,( also known as the western tragopan, another rare pheasant bird) while the first floor (FF) has Kalesha and Chenchal. The second floor (SF) accommodates three bedrooms—Garuda, Gillan, and Een Attic Suite.
At the Stone House one can rent out individual rooms and well as the entire house based on your holiday requirements. It beautifully blends modern luxury with local charm, making it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and private living.
