2. Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

• A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm your booking.

2.2 Rates and Fees

• All rates are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges (e.g., for extra services, amenities, or local taxes) may apply.

3. Payments

3.1 Deposit and Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate or package selected.
• Outstanding balances must be settled at check-in or check-out.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Bank Transfer, Cash, and UPI.

3.3 Currency Exchange

If your payment method uses a different currency, the final amount may vary due to exchange rates and conversion fees.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.

4.2 No-Show Policy

• If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a no-show, and charges may apply as per our cancellation policy.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

5.1 Check-In

• Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.

5.2 Check-Out

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests may be accommodated at our discretion.

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1 Conduct

Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the termination of your stay without refund.

6.2 Damage or Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or loss of items caused by them or their companions. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

6.3 Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Use of in-room safes or other security measures is recommended.
