Each Bedroom - The Wood House: INR 12,000
Attic Suite - The Wood House: INR 20,000 (Attic Suite + Living Room - Complete house for 2 pax)

Extra Member Charges

For 0 - 3 Years - Complimentary
For 4 - 7 Years - INR 2,000 (Without an extra bed)
For 8 Years & above - INR 3,000 (With or Without extra bed)
For a family with two kids below 8 years of age, 1 Extra bed is must and chargeable at INR 3,000

*GST (Taxes) extra - 18% as per the current Govt. guidelines

Complete House: INR 90,000 (7 Bedrooms)
Each Bedroom - INR 14,000
Attic Suite - INR 16,000

Meal Timings

All meals are served in Dining room or mentioned areas and are served as per a fixed schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is valid only on 100% advance payment.

For: (15th March to 15th July), (1st Sep to 1st Nov) & (24th Dec to 1st Jan) & (All weekends)

Before 4 weeks of check in date: 100% refund
Within 4 weeks of check in date: 0% refund
In case there is a change in number of days of stay, the same stands valid

Rest of the year:

Before 2 week of check in date: 100% refund
Before 1 week of check in: 50% refund
In case there is a change in number of days of stay, the same stands valid.
